These terms govern use of HLIDE, production-management software provided at hlide.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
HLIDE provides tools for running productions: script breakdown, scheduling, call sheets, messaging and notifications (including SMS), budgeting, client review, and invoicing. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core Service you pay for during a paid term without notice.
The Service sends transactional SMS (call times, schedule changes, urgent production notices, secure links to a recipient's own production information, and passcodes a person requests) under the program HLIDE Production Alerts. A person receives these only after opting in themselves in their own account (Settings → Texts); adding someone's phone number to a production does not enrol them. Message frequency varies with the production schedule; message and data rates may apply; recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Program details: hlide.com/sms. The Service must not be used to send marketing or unsolicited messages.
Paid plans are billed per active production, or flat for Studio plans, monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; you can cancel renewal at any time and keep access through the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
You own the content you put into HLIDE. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the Service, for example rendering a call sheet PDF or delivering a review link. We do not use your content to train models or for advertising. You can export your material (call sheets, budgets, memos, invoices) at any time.
The Service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and production decisions (scheduling, budgeting, compliance with labor rules) remain yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination you may request an export of your data for 30 days.
