● 1 shoot day with no date ○ 9 locations not confirmed yet ○ 16 parts still uncast

First, assign a date to the remaining shoot day so the eight-day run can lock. Then move the nine scouting locations to confirmed, and begin casting the 16 open parts before availability narrows. With 13 days to camera, Day 1's call sheet is the next useful checkpoint.

INT. PRODUCTION OFFICE - DAY
We’re in the head of a producer, twenty minutes before crew call.
How far is tomorrow’s location from today’s set?
How many people are on set today?
Are there any food allergies?
Who filled out their paperwork?
Are we over budget or under budget?
What props are we renting for set dec?
How much petty cash do we have left?
Did we cast our extras?

On every production there are hundreds of questions that need answering, and half your time goes to tracking them down through different threads. HLIDE keeps it all in one place, answered, so you can get back to the part that really matters. The creative.

A look inside
Your studio

All your projects, organized and in one place.

Every production lives in one studio. Crew gets their own account, with every project they work on in one place, across every company they work with.

Overview

A quick glance at everything going on in your project.

Today’s call, who’s confirmed, what’s outstanding, and what changed since you last looked.

Creative

Every project starts with a script, an idea, a concept.

Upload it here and it breaks down to every department, so everyone is working from the same page.

People

Invite your crew, cast your talent, see everyone at a glance.

Contacts, rates, availability and deal memos in one place, and everyone you work with stays in your studio directory for the next job.

Departments

Built for every department. Connected as one production.

Every department gets its own workspace and the tools they actually use, while staying connected to everything happening across the production. You control what each department can see, share, and access.

Production tools

Call sheet, schedule, calendar, messages, paperwork, budget, deliverables, invoicing.

Every tool you need to stay organized, on time, and on budget, and if your production doesn’t need one of them, hide it and the row disappears.

You can gate each department so only the people you name can open and see it.

People who have access to this department show here.

DeliverablesHidden

Not every production runs every tool. Hide the ones you don’t need and the row disappears.

ACT ONE

It starts with an idea.

The script and the look.

Script breakdown

Break it down in seconds. A script that stays live.

Drop in the PDF. HLIDE reads it in seconds, pulling out every scene, character and location, and tagging Set Dec, Props and Wardrobe for each department to approve. What they approve becomes the living script, so nobody is passing around marked-up PDFs.

Creative boards

Organize the entire look. With a script or without one.

Start with a screenplay, a client deck, or just a feeling. Build boards for references, treatments, floor plans, wardrobe, and more. Drop in anything you need, move it around, and keep the creative conversation in one place.

ACT TWO

Then it becomes a production.

Crew, paperwork, schedule, call sheet and messaging.

Crew

Your crew, connected to the whole production.

Every crew member lives in their department with their rate, deal, paperwork, and status, all in one place.

Invite someone once, and they flow automatically into the call sheet, budget, and invoices. No duplicate entry. No updating the same person three times.

Crew gets their own account, too, with every project they’re working on in one place.

Start work

Paperwork that files itself.

Build your templates once. HLIDE sends them, collects signatures, and automatically files everything to the right person.

Deal memos, NDAs, W-9s, deposit forms: send them with a crew invite or on their own. Crew signs from their phone. Accounting gets everything in the right place.

Save your packets and reuse them on every production.

No paper packets on set. No chasing signatures. No scanning in the production office.

Schedule builder

From script to schedule in minutes.

HLIDE breaks your script into scenes and gives you everything you need to build the schedule. Drag, reorder, split scenes across days, or switch to One-Line view. Your schedule flows directly into the call sheet.

Union-rule conflicts are flagged automatically.

If anything falls outside union rules, HLIDE flags it with a warning at the top of the day.

THE CALL SHEET

The call sheet.

Call sheets have never been easier. Everything about the day on one page. Title, credits, crew call and the weather, up top where they belong.

The map.

Easily map the nearest hospital and draw geofenced zones for parking, basecamp, set, and anything else you might need to call out.

The day.

Scenes, times and page counts, straight off the schedule builder. And if you don’t have a schedule, just build it right on the call sheet.

Every call time, personal.

Camera at 7:00, hair and makeup at 6:30. Change one person’s call without touching anyone else’s.

Send it once.

Select who gets it, finalize your message, then press send. Everyone is sent their own call time by text and by email.

It lands with the crew.

Their call, on their phone. All they do is reply C, or tap Confirm in the email.

Watch it come back.

Keep track of who’s confirmed and when they confirmed. Easily remind anyone who hasn’t responded and see everyone’s status at a glance.

For your crew

Their whole day, in their pocket.

Every person on the call sheet gets their own HLIDE. Their call time, where to be with a tap to directions, what is shooting now and what is up next, and the AD's note for the day. They confirm the call sheet in a tap and sign their start paperwork from the same phone.

And it stays with them: one login across every production they work, with their calendar and their earnings from every job in one place come tax season.

Crew are free on every plan. Never a seat, a license, or a line item.

Messages

Kill the email chains. Lose the group texts.

Messaging lives inside the production, so the crew stays connected and every decision is searchable by department.

Wrap & invoicing

Wrap. Invoice. Paid.

HLIDE drafts every crew invoice from their deal. Crew reviews and sends. You approve. No chasing invoices after wrap.

Coordinators can fix a line item directly. The crew member is always notified, and nothing changes on a paid invoice.

Questions, answered.

Who is HLIDE for?
Production companies, producers and coordinators across narrative, commercial, music video, documentary and photo. If your production lives in nine apps and forty spreadsheets, HLIDE is the one place that replaces them.
How does text messaging work?
Texts are transactional and opt-in. When you add someone to a production, they consent to receive messages about that production · call times, schedule changes and confirmation requests. Message frequency varies with the shooting schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Anyone can reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We never send marketing texts, and we never sell or share phone numbers.
Do my clients or crew need accounts?
No. Crew get their call sheet and My Day by text and email. Clients review work through a branded share link. Talent get a private link with their call time, sides and paperwork. Accounts are only for the people running the production.
What is LOUIE, exactly?
LOUIE is HLIDE's production copilot. It records what you decide ("add a drone op under Camera," "move scene 14 to Friday") and deterministic engines do the arithmetic, so a budget or a schedule comes out the same way every time. Every change lands with a receipt and an undo.
What is Studio, and what does HLIDE not do?
HLIDE does everything. No feature sits behind the higher price and none ever will · a call sheet, a budget, a board and LOUIE are the same on all three plans. Studio buys two things: more room (3,000 texts a month and 500GB, for a company running several shows at once) and us · we build your first production with you, rebuild your budget template from the last show you costed by hand, and answer you first. It is limited on purpose, because it is only worth paying for while we can still do it properly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. HLIDE is one flat price per studio, month to month, and you can cancel whenever a show wraps. Nothing is deleted when you do, and your data stays exportable · call sheets, budgets, memos and invoices all print to PDF.
Your production copilot

The next production starts organized.

Set up your first call sheet in ten minutes. Bring the script · HLIDE takes it from there.
